When will my order get to me?

It usually takes 5 - 10 business days to arrive in the U.S. and Canada – please be aware however that there may be additional delays if the parcel is being handled by overseas customs.

Do you do any other sizes or garments other than those listed?

We’re currently limited to Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

How can I pay for my items?

All orders have to be placed online. You don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from Native American Clothing Company. All major credit cards are accepted.

Will my payment be secure when I order from you?

All orders are 100% secure. Paypal handles all of our payments and as such we NEVER get to see any of your card details.

How much will it cost to send my parcel to me?

All shipping rates below are in USD.

Do you have a retail shop?

No we don’t but you can buy our products online.

Do you do bespoke designs?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service but please feel free to send us your suggestions.

Can I send the shirt back for a refund or an exchange?

Yes you can. You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. You can download the Exchange/Refund form in the EXCHANGES section at the bottom of each page.

What are the sizes of your T-shirts and Hooded Tops?

All sizing info can be found at the bottom of each page – click SIZES to access this info.

Hooded Tops We would recommend choosing a size larger than you normally would when buying our T-shirts. For example if you wear a Men’s Medium T-shirt then buy a Large Hooded Top.
