This is an I am Mohawk Native Pride symbol incorporated onto the Mohawk Nation Symbol.
The Mohawk Flag is said to have been designed for all First Nations. The single feather represents "all of one mind". Deganawida (The Great Peacemaker) wanted all First Nations Peoples to be under the Great Law of Peace. Equality for all Native Americans First Nations and their peoples.
The Mohawk Nation is one of five founding nations of the Iroquois Confederacy formed by neighbouring and closely related North American Native Nations: the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga, Cayuga and the Seneca. The Mohawks guarded the territory in the East and became known as the "Eastern Doorkeepers".
This item is Brand New and the approximate size is 1.5" in diameter.
We are proud to say that this item is manufactured on the Six Nations Reserve in Brantford Ontario Canada. And that Native American Clothing Company is 100% Native owned and operated.
